This advanced cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator employs nitrogen liquefaction through a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By meticulously selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components, it forms a cohesive multi-component mixed refrigerant. This sophisticated design achieves effective temperature zone alignment across boiling points, cooling effortlessly from ambient conditions down to -196°Candensuresprecise nitrogen liquefaction at -180°C under 0.6 MPa pressure.
