Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system.Nitrogen liquefaction is achieved through a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components, multi-component mixed refrigerants are formed. This process ensures effective refrigeration at each component's specific boiling point, cooling from ambient temperature down to -196 °C, achieving thepurpose of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
