Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
This nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system, based on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. It employs high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form multi-component mixed refrigerants. Efficient matching of refrigeration temperature zones per boiling point component is achieved, cooling from ambient temperature to -196°C. Thus, achieving the liquefaction of nitrogen (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa).
