Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
The system employs a sophisticated cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator within this Nitrogen Liquefier, utilizing the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components, this device effectively integrates multi-component mixed refrigerants, achieving seamless cooling across different temperature zones. It cools efficiently from ambient temperature down to a remarkable -196 °C,achievingthe objective of nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
