Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It employs a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By harmoniously blending components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each component aligns perfectly with its respective refrigeration temperature zone, cooling seamlessly from ambient temperature to an impressive -196 °C,thus achieving the extraordinary feat of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
