Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle:
The cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system is employed in this nitrogen liquefier, utilizing a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form a multi-component mixed refrigerant, efficient refrigeration temperature zones for each boiling point component are achieved, cooling from ambient temperature to -196°C. Additionally, the goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa) is accomplished.
