Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier uses a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system.It features a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By blending components with high, medium, and low boiling points, each component efficiently matches its refrigeration temperature zone, enabling cooling from ambient temperature down to a remarkable -196 °C,thereby achieving the remarkable feat of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa) with precision and efficiency.
