Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier employs an advanced cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It utilizes a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By integrating components with varying boiling points, each aligns with its specific refrigeration zone, efficiently cooling from ambient temperature down to an impressive -196 °C,thus achieving the extraordinary goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
