Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator, leveragingnitrogeniquefaction. The system is grounded on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. It selects high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form multi-component mixed refrigerants, allowing efficient relay matching across various refrigeration temperature zones of each boiling point component. This enables cooling from ambient temperature to -196°C,achievingthe objective of nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa).
