Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator. Utilizing a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, it selects high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form the mixed refrigerant. The effective refrigeration temperature zones for each boiling point component are matched seamlessly, cooling from ambient temperature to -196 °C,achievingefficientnitrogenliquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).PurposeEfficient nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
