Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This system utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator for efficient nitrogen liquefaction. It is based on the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, using high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to create a multi-component mixed refrigerant. The relay matching of effective refrigeration temperature zones of each boiling point component ensures cooling from ambient temperature to -196°C, achieving nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa).
