Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It integrates a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By harmoniously blending components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each aligns perfectly with its refrigeration temperature zone, cooling gracefully from ambient temperature to an astounding -196 °C,thereby achieving the extraordinary feat of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
