Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttling refrigerator.The nitrogen liquefier operates on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. It employs high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form multi-component mixed refrigerants. Each boiling point component's effective refrigeration temperature zone is matched in sequence, allowing cooling from ambient temperature down to -196°C, fulfilling the goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa).
