Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cutting-edge cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It utilizes a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By strategically combining components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each component effectively matches its refrigeration temperature zone, cooling seamlessly from ambient temperature to an impressive -196 °C., achieving the goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
