Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
Our state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It utilizes an innovative regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By combining components with high, mid, and low boiling points, each aligns perfectly with its refrigeration temperature zone, effortlessly cooling from ambient temperature to an impressive -196 °C,thereby achieving the extraordinary goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
