Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
This nitrogen liquefier uses a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system, introducing aregenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. It strategically combines pure components with high, middle, and low boiling points, creating a multi-component refrigerant. This configuration allows for effective temperature zone coverage for each component's boiling point. The system cools from ambient temperature to -196 °C,thus achieving nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
