Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle

Utilizing a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator, this nitrogen liquefier leverages a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. It meticulously selects high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form the multi-component refrigerants. This innovative relay matching technique allows efficient refrigeration across various temperature zones, cooling from ambient temperature down to -196 °C, ultimately achievingthe liquefaction of nitrogen (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
