Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This cutting-edge nitrogen liquefier operates using a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It harnesses a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By blending components with high, middle, and low boiling points, each component effectively aligns with its designated refrigeration temperature zone, cooling smoothly from ambient temperature down to an awe-inspiring -196 °C,thus achieving the exceptional target of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
