Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system. Nitrogen Liquefier technology uses a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form the mixed refrigerant, effective temperature zones for each boiling point are efficiently matched. This system can cool from ambient temperature down to -196°C, achieving nitrogen liquefaction at -180°C @ 0.6 MPa.
