Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It employs a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. The integration of components with diverse boiling points allows each to align perfectly within its designated refrigeration zone, seamlessly cooling from ambient temperature down to an astonishing -196 °C,thus achieving the incredible milestone of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
