Advanced Nitrogen LiquefierInnovative Working Principle
Our system employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator, forming an integral part of the nitrogen liquefaction process. By leveraging a regenerative, multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, we effectively select high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to create a multi-component mixed refrigerant. This approach ensures relay matching of effective refrigeration temperature zones for each boiling point component, allowing cooling from ambient temperature to -196°C.Ultimately, this achieves the goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa).
