Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier operates using a state-of-the-art cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It utilizes a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. Each component, with its distinct high, medium, and low boiling point, expertly aligns with its refrigeration temperature range, cooling from ambient temperature all the way down to -196 °C., achieving the goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
