Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
The cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator in thisnitrogenliquefier operates on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. It uses high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to create a multi-component mixed refrigerant, ensuring efficient cooling across different temperature zones. This system cools from ambient temperature down to -196 °C,tachieving nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
