2 Air Purification System
Air Purification System used to remove dust, water and oil from compressed air. It's mainly composed of three sets of filters, freezing drier and effective oil removal.
3 Air Tank System
The Air Tank Systems can avoid the gas transmission of O2/N2 to separation system at too rapid flow velocity, So it can improve purification of air and expand the working life of carbon molecular sieve. Air Tank System is composed of air tank, safety valve, closing valves, ball valves, and pressure gauges ect.
4 O2/N2 Separation System
The O2/N2 Separation System utilizes two towers which are filled with zeolite molecular sieve. Compressed air enters the bottom of the "online" tower and flows up through the zeolite molecular sieve, N2, CO2 and H2O gases are preferentially adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve, allowing Oxygen to pass through. After a pre-set time the on-line tower automatically switches to the regenerative mode, venting contaminants from the the zeolite molecular sieve. When one tower produces O2, another tower releases the N2, CO2 and H2O at the same time. Two towers alternate adsorption and regeneration to output O2 continuously.
5 Oxygen Buffer System
The main role of oxygen gas buffer system is to balance the pressure and purity of oxygen gas which separated from O2/N2 separation system to ensure continuous supply of oxygen gas. Oxygen gas buffer system is composed of buffer tank, flowmeters, dust filters, pressure regulating valve, throttle, and safety valve etc.
6.Oxygen Compressed System
The Oxygen Compressed System can compress the Oxygen to desired pressure of 150bar or more.
7 Electrical Control System
Electrical Control System is to control start-up & shutdown operation, the status light, sound and light alarm fault instructions, purity display, driving pneumatic valve by setting procedures etc. Electrical Control System is composed of the process controller CPU, triple gas source, electromagnetic valves, lights etc
8 Bacteria killing System
