Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
Our nitrogen liquefier utilizes a cutting-edge cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system. This innovative system incorporates a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By combining high, middle, and low boiling point pure components into a multi-component mixed refrigerant, the system achieves optimal cooling from ambient temperature to -196°C. This enables effective nitrogen liquefaction at -180°C @ 0.6 MPa.
