Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This advanced nitrogen liquefier employs a state-of-the-art cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It featuresa highly efficient regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By integrating elements with varying high, middle, and low boiling points, each component precisely aligns with its designated refrigeration temperature zone, cooling seamlessly from ambient temperature down to -196 °C.This method achieves the crucial objective of nitrogen liquefaction at a temperature of -180 °C and a pressure of 0.6 MPa.
