Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle
This advanced system employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator, which forms the core of this nitrogen liquefier. It operates on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, utilizing high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to create an efficient multi-component refrigerant blend. This technology ensures precise temperature zone matching across different boiling points, enabling cooling from ambient temperature down to -196 °C, achievingthe vital goal of nitrogen liquefaction at -180 °C @ 0.6 MPa.
