Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier functions through a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It operates on an advanced regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By integrating components with diverse boiling points (high, middle, and low), each aligns perfectly with its specific refrigeration temperature zone, facilitating a seamless transition from ambient temperature down to an impressive -196 °C,thereby fulfilling the exceptional objective of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
