Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator. It's designed around a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, utilizing high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to create an effective multi-component mixed refrigerant. This configuration enables efficient cooling from ambient temperature down to -196 °C,ensuring liquid nitrogen production (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).The purpose of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 ° C @ 0.6 MPa) is achieved.
