Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This nitrogen liquefier uses a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator based on a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. The system selects high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to create a multi-component mixed refrigerant. This ensures efficient refrigeration across varying temperature zones for each boiling point component, enabling cooling from ambient temperature down to -196°Cnitrogen liquefier. The objective of nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa) is accomplished.,The purpose of nitrogen liquefaction (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa) is achieved.
