This nitrogen liquefier utilizes the cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration system, incorporating a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By integrating high, medium, and low boiling point pure components, it forms a sophisticated multi-component refrigerant blend. This technology ensures precise and effective cooling across various temperature zones, achieving a dramatic temperature reduction from ambient levels to a chilling -196°C,fulfillingthe nitrogen liquefaction goal (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
