Our nitrogen liquefier employs a state-of-the-art cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle process utilizing nitrogen liquefier. This innovative method is founded on the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, expertly combining high, middle, and low boiling point pure components. This enables finely-tuned refrigeration across effective temperature zones of each component, facilitating a cooling span from ambient temperature to an extreme -196 ° C,thus achieving the critical nitrogen liquefaction point (-180 ° C @ 0.6 MPa).
