Working Principle of the Nitrogen Liquefier:This innovative system employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.

This nitrogen liquefier operates using a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components, it creates a multi-component mixed refrigerant that expertly matches effective refrigeration temperature zones for each component. This allows cooling from ambient temperatures down to an astonishing -196 °C,ensuringthe successful liquefaction of nitrogen (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
