Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This advanced system utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator in its nitrogen liquefier, grounded in the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components, it forms an optimized multi-component mixed refrigerant. This enables efficient relay matching across various effective refrigeration temperature zones. It provides cooling from ambient temperature down to a chilling -196 °C,achievingthe ultimate goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
