This state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier leverages a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It features a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By skillfully blending components with varying boiling points-from high to low-each aligns precisely with its refrigeration temperature zone, cooling efficiently from ambient temperature down to a stunning -196 °C,ultimately realizing the extraordinary goal of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
