Nitrogen LiquefierWorking principle

This system utilizes a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator. The nitrogen liquefier operates on the regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle, incorporating high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to form multi-component mixed refrigerants. Each component's effective refrigeration temperature zone is optimally matched, allowing cooling from ambient temperature to -196°C.The nitrogen liquefaction process (-180°C @ 0.6 MPa) is effectively achieved.
