Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
The state-of-the-art nitrogen liquefier incorporates a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator.It employs a sophisticated regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle cycle. By expertly blending components with high, medium, and low boiling points, each component aligns perfectly with its designated refrigeration temperature zone, efficiently cooling from ambient temperature to an astounding -196 °C,thus realizing the impressive feat of nitrogen liquefaction (-180 °C @ 0.6 MPa).
