Nitrogen LiquefierWorking Principle
This advanced nitrogen liquefier employs a cryogenic mixed refrigerant throttle refrigerator. The technology utilizes a regenerative multi-component mixed refrigerant throttle refrigeration cycle. By selecting high, middle, and low boiling point pure components to create the multi-component mixture, effective refrigeration is achieved across various temperature zones.This system efficiently cools from ambient temperature down to -196°C, successfully achieving nitrogen liquefaction at -180°C @ 0.6 MPa.
